ACORN BROKE NO CRIMINAL LAWS: “California Attorney General, former Governor, and Democrat Gubernatorial candidate Jerry Brown says ACORN members 'exhibited terrible judgment and highly inappropriate behavior in videotapes' but 'didn't commit prosecutable crimes in California.'”

Dumping 500 pages of confidential records into the trash isn’t prosecutable? Failing to file a state tax return isn’t prosecutable?

Why am I not surprised? ACORN is a bought-and-paid-for subsidiary of the Democrats. Or are the Democrats a bought-and-paid-for subsidiary of ACORN? Either way, this is what happens when the government and a lobby are joined at the hip.
