On the latter two issues I am in total agreement.

IT WAS 25 CENTS/GALLON WHEN I STARTED: The cost of gasoline the year you started driving. That got me thinking about the correlation, if any, between inflation and the cost of gas. So I went to the wayback machine and looked:

Make of it what you will, but the only obvious correlation I see is Biden (2021-present).

SPRINGTIME 2022, Week 2, has been canceled. Here's why:

The picture was taken mid-day on Saturday, after subfreezing cold and about 1/2" of snow after all was said and done. Here is the same scene today, late afternoon, after all the snow has melted away (it doesn't last):

That said, I'm afraid the damage is done and it'll take a couple of weeks to recover. Tuxedo's bush (top photo here) was in full bloom Friday before the snow; today the flowers and leaves are dead and shriveling up.

Next week I'll start anew, hoping that there will be some recovery by then.
