Cory Gardner. In response, Bolden told the panel how the two are “interconnected,” saying, “We can’t go anywhere if the Kennedy Space Center (in Florida) goes underwater and we don’t know it. ... I'm rather inclined to believe that we'd know if KSC goes underwater....
