A THOUGHT FOR DEMOCRATS: You are still crying wolf.
The author is not a Trump admirer, but he's accurately described the Democrats' problem. My advice to Democrats: keep digging; you'll get to China eventually....

A CRITIQUE of infrastructure spending.
Centralized federal tax funding of these projects makes inefficiencies and waste even likelier, as Washington, driven by political calculations, gives the green light to bridges to nowhere, ill-considered high-speed rail projects, and other boondoggles.Click through and read the City Journal article. I'm not a fan of private/toll roads, but there is a case to be made for much less federal involvement in infrastructure construction and financing.
America needs an infrastructure renaissance, but we won’t get it by the federal government simply writing big checks. A far better model would be for infrastructure to be managed by independent but focused local public and private entities and funded primarily by user fees, not federal tax dollars.

REALITY IS KILLING OUR UNICORNS: London University students want white lecturers out, newspapers banned from campus.
AMMO GRRRLL on the Democrats' unsolicited post-election advice.
We won! So could we not have had ONE week of self-reflection before the Important People weighed in with their Open Letters, Ultimatums, and Non-Negotiable Advice to the President Elect? Particularly from the people who waged daily, snotty, sniping warfare upon him? That's only the beginning. Read it all.
DANA MILBANK: Republican “fratricide” is right around the corner. I'm quite pleased by Milbank's prediction, because in the 10-15 years I've read the Washington Post, he's never been right.
REPUBLICAN GROUP endorses Pelosi for Minority Leader: "House Democrats have become completely irrelevant, and there is no better way to ensure that remains the case."
Heh.
Heh.
WASHINGTON POST ‘REPORTER’: If You ask questions about anti-Trump riots, you’re a crazy conspiracy theorist.
I think it's the converse that's actually true.
