SPRING LEAVES, Week Four: here's today's look at the arrival -- late -- of Spring 2014.

The flowering pear tree down the street has just begun to put out its spring blossoms. By next week, it should be in full bloom.

And yes, it's snowing (rain is just warm snow) today. About an inch has fallen so far. Last week's picture is here.
