GO LONG on Democrat panic. What's interesting is the approval rating chart; it pretty well mirrors the Rasmussen Presidential Approval Index that I track daily.

Note that approve/strongly approve are pretty evenly split on the approval side while the disapprove/strongly disapprove are biased 4:1 in favor of strongly disapprove. I think the 20% strong approval number represents the Democrat base -- and even it has dropped 50% since the election. Strong disapprovals have increased since the start of the year, by around 20%.

My guess is that by the midterms, the strong approvals will remain in the 20% diehard Democrat base, the 'meh' votes will remain in the mid-20%, and the strong disapprovals will increase to 55% or higher, giving a Rasmussen Approval index somewhere below -35.

The Biden administration is in trouble....
