WHY I WROTE 'NO' across my pediatrician's questionnaire.

I had a similar experience some years back when I had the misfortune to turn 65 and transition to Medicare, At the first appointment I was given a Medicare 'wellness check' (I hate that term) questionnaire. I read it, gave it back, and told the medic that no, I wasn't answering the questions, which were none of their business, and if I were required to answer them I would leave.
