OOPS!
OK, the ellipsis dots at the end tell you that the headline [California Teacher Arrested for Allegedly Teaching ...] was truncated to fit in the space available.
That's beyond hilarious. That'd be an excellent parody article, really.
"At 1:50PM on Thursday, Ms. Stein of third grade stopped the class's 'You're all special in your own way' song to make note to a student that she was singing in the key of D, not C. The student has since recieved counseling and is on 'May-Need-a-Hug' watch. Ms. Stein has been removed from class pending investigation."
