For those illegal aliens who are here but have no criminal history I would consider allowing them to stay provided (a) they - and their families - register with the government, (b) cannot ever vote in any election, (c) cannot be counted as citizens in the census, (d) cannot receive any government services, and (e) are immediately deported as a result of any criminal activity.

If they desire to become U.S. citizens, then they must leave for their home countries and then get in line with the rest of the legal immigrants.
