I would say that it's disinformation (i.e., a lie) not to tell that tiny 3% or so of the population that they are at high risk of getting the disease and even more disinformation (i.e., a bigger lie) not to tell that much larger 97% or so of the population that they're at very low risk.

What these 'experts' and their political handlers are really worried about is that they won't be able to use monkeypox to lock down the U.S. prior to the midterm elections.

China's advancement such as it is, has been obtained largely by espionage, theft, purchase, bribery, and bullying of the first degree, combined with an astute understanding of the greed and the lack of patriotism of large Western corporations.
