THE SILENCE of the lambs liberals.
POWERLINE: More thoughts from the ammo line.
RUSH LIMBAUGH ON THE RADIO TODAY: "When did the U.S. become a majority stupid country?"

Good question.
ECONOMICAL: British sniper in Afghanistan kills six Taliban with one bullet.
THEY'RE JUST LITTLE PEOPLE: Yes, I totally meant to insult Iowa farmers.
AVIATION LEAK WEEK: Unidentified aircraft seen over southwest U.S.
SOME THOUGHTS now that the ObamaCare deadline has kinda, sorta passed.
FLOATING WIND TURBINES to be tested over Alaska in 18 months.

At 2000 feet, it probably won't be chopping up bald eagles....
DANG! Now we'll have to go back to shooting at ducks, quail, and target clays.
BYRON YORK: Modest ObamaCare reforms insured more people than did the massive system overhaul.
SENSIBLE: University preparing for guns on campus. Hard to believe it's a university, though.
REALITY INTRUDES: Obama and the Democrats disrupted the whole healthcare industry for just two million uninsured. Here's the kicker, though:
It probably is working as its architects intended ... to destroy the private health insurance market over time and toss everyone into some form of single payer ... health care system.
For the amount of money that was paid out - and will be paid out in the future - we probably could have fully insured the whole uninsured population (and bought them Cadillacs to boot) without disrupting everyone else.
COMMON CORE: Critical thinking? Or critical indoctrination?
WHY HARRY REID hates the Koch brothers. Long, but a good description of the politics.
NEW HAMPSHIRE DEMOCRAT: I don't talk to 'little people'.
ACADEMIA DELENDA EST: Want the tea party to win in 2014? Then end the student loan scam. Over the top, but in the right direction.
WOULD YOU LIKE SOME CHEESE WITH THAT WHINE? Harry Reid: 'Sarah Palin berated me' for attacking Koch brothers.
NASA SHUTTLE CARRIER AIRCRAFT to move to Space Center Houston for display.
DEROY MURDOCK: Gay by genes? Or by choice?

Does it matter?
CHARLIE MARTIN: A Little Typographical Rant. Anyone with cataracts will sympathize. Luckily I've had cataract surgery, and no longer need glasses, thanks to the fact that my implanted lenses are 'prescription-ground'.

The down side is that the implanted lenses are set for distant vision and I now need multiple pairs of reading glasses for near-near, near, and medium-near. Plus, for shooting, I can either clearly see the target (without glasses) or the front sight (with medium-near reading glasses). My shot groups have gotten looser, not tighter.

Bummer.
ANYTHING FOR A BUCK: NYC parking rules.
GLOBAL WARMING? What global warming? I'm still cold....
