IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK like the 'civil' Left may have overreacted in the Trayvon Martin shooting death case.

More reason for 'journalists' to shut up and do their homework first.
HOW MUCH MONEY would it take for you to give up the internet for a year? I think I'd charge more than average, but I'd be better off if I just gave it up for free....
WHAT'S THE GOVERNMENT TO DO? A large branch from a tree in my back yard fell due to the high winds we experiened over the last few days. The branches dug holes of 3 and 4 inches deep when they hit.

I'm sure that OSHA - if it had the ability to do so - would declare my back yard a safety hazard and either restrict access to only people wearing hard hats or require that all the trees be cut down. On the other hand, I'm equally sure that - again, given the power - the EPA would require the trees to be kept, and more planted to absorb CO2 and prevent global warming.

President Obama would solve the dilemma by issuing an executive order that "henceforth all winds over US territory shall be limited to 20 knots".
