HUH? Taxes don’t matter to businesses.
WASHINGTON EXAMINER: So now paying your bills on time is racist?
JENNIFER RUBIN, formerly of Pajamas Media, now blogs at Right Turn. Congratulations to the Washington Post for finally putting a conservative on staff.
IF TODAY’S DEMOCRATS don't stand for raising taxes on millionaires, then what do they stand for? Power. Control. Dependence.
THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER’S MARK HEMINGWAY: “Will Thomas Friedman just renounce his citizenship and move to China already?”

Instapundit answers: “He’d lose his value. In China, he’d be just one of many journalists flacking for the regime.”
LAME DUCKS: quit quacking and go home.

The November election delivered a restraining order from voters. Go home.
SHE’S RUNNING for the White House right now. “And if I had to place a bet on who wins in 2012, my money would be on Palin.”

The author, A.W.R. Hawkins, is a military historian with a Ph.D. from Texas Tech University. If I had to place a bet on an academic’s prognostication, my money would be on Hawkins.
BUSINESS AS USUAL?
Members of the Congressional Tea Party Caucus may tout their commitment to cutting government spending now, but they used the 111th Congress to request hundreds of earmarks that, taken cumulatively, added more than $1 billion to the federal budget.
I’m inclined to grant a wee bit of leniency here, for two reasons. First, since the federal government’s powers are so vast and overreaching, there is something to be said for having “local” control of at least some of the government largess.

And second, since the Tea Party Caucus was founded in the Democrat-controlled 111th Congress, past performance isn’t necessarily indicative of future performance (Ed. - does the warning label sound familiar? It’s on every investment prospectus - and for good reason.).

But ... starting January 3rd, I intend to watch the Caucus very carefully - and vote based on future performance. I’d suggest you do the same.

The Tea Party Caucus membership list can be found here.
THE WASHINGTON POST’S DANA MILBANK displays his ignorance - again.
YOU KNOW YOU’RE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT when Media Matters gets it’s panties in a twist.
GOVERNMENT IS NOT THE SOLUTION, government is the problem. And it’s going to take years - decades - to fix.

IT’S BAAACK: The U.S. Air Force's secrecy-shrouded X-37B unmanned spaceplane has returned to Earth after more than seven months in orbit on a classified mission.
SURPRISE, SURPRISE: Unemployed “gaming” jobless benefits.
DEFICIT COMMISSION: What ObamaCare needs is … death panels.
